Foundation and underground engineering works are performed by AL JAMMAL FOUNDATION with the application of modern imported equipment, including CMV TH14-35, KLEMM GH85, BAUER BG7, CASAGRANDE C6, CASAGRANDE M6-A, SOIL SYSTEM SE450, REMOSA RESKA R25, TRIVELSONDA TMT46, KOBELCO SK60, HITACHI EX120, HITACHI FX60, KOBELKO RK70, REED Guncrete LOVA, KOMATSU R27 Excavator & Bobcat 331.

Main deliverables are bored and secant piles walls, anchoring systems, piling wall, jet grouting, micropiles.

AL JAMMAL FOUNDATION executes bored piles with a diameter of 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 900, 1000 mm and up to 32m deep to be applied at concentration of heavy vertical and horizontal loads (what allows to erect buildings up to 200 m high) on sites with complex geological conditions, in dense urban environment, when vibrations caused by piles driving are not allowable. Bored piles can serve as elements of foundation and as enclosing structures under complex soil conditions. Depending on stability of boreholes walls, drilling is executed either with application of casing tubes or without them.

Technology of production of bored piles allows executing both piling fields and pile retaining walls. Quality control of driven piles is fulfilled with the help of control equipment installed on BAUER units. This technology foresees drilling of boreholes, then filling them under pressure with concrete, through hollow auger of drilling unit up to the definite design reference mark and dipping of reinforcing steel cages.
